He welcomed me and helped me choose a suitcase that was in line with my budget and big enough for me to travel with. His professionalism and service was beyond expectations. As soon as I landed in South Africa I struggled with opening it, and called the store line for assistance and I got on a call with Narenda to guide me and that was super oustanding.
