I had a great experience with the customer service of Safari Bag Exclusive Store - Lulu Mall. Initially, I had an issue with my safari warranty claim and replacement bag delivery due to which I reached out to the outlet. The staff who attended me was Baiju KB. He handled the matter with utmost professionalism and sincerity providing immediate solutions throughout the whole process of getting the replacement bag delivered. Great work and would recommend!!

Visited the Safari Luggage store at Lulu Mall, Edapally and had a really good experience. They offer a great selection of sturdy and stylish luggage options with reasonable pricing and helpful warranty details. The staff were friendly and guided me well in choosing the right suitcase for my travel needs.
The store could be a little better organised to make browsing even smoother, but overall it was a pleasant visit and I’m happy with my purchase.

Visited the Safari store at Lulu Mall recently. They have a really good collection of travel bags, trolleys, and backpacks. Quality feels solid and the staff were helpful in explaining the features without being pushy. Prices are reasonable, especially with the offers going on.
Only downside is the shop gets crowded sometimes, so it takes a while to look around comfortably. Still, if you’re looking for a reliable travel bag, this is a good place to check out.
