Excellent service at the Safari Kalyan
showroom! I had accidentally locked my
brand new suitcase and didn't know the
combination. The staff was extremely
helpful and patient — they opened the
lock within just 10 minutes without any
damage to the bag.
What impressed me most was their
willingness to help even though I had
caused the issue myself. No charges, no
fuss, just genuine customer service.
They also explained how to reset and
remember the combination properly so it
doesn't happen again.

I had a backpack purchased with Safari in November 2025 which turned out t be defective (bag was not purchased from this shop, but another state).
We went to claim warranty, and the staff was really helpful with the procedure and the bag was replaced in 15 days.
They have a good collection and staff is friendly.

Exceptional Experience at Safari Kalyan – Better than Online!
I recently (2nd March 2026) purchased the Safari Urban Jungle OG series (Sundaze Yellow) cabin and kid-size trolleys, and the experience was flawless. While major online retailers were pricing these at ₹11,900 to ₹12,500 with a 10-day delivery wait, the Safari Exclusive Store in Kalyan provided much better value.
The entire deal was finalized on a simple call with Mr. Sandeep Bha (got his number on Google map itself). He offered the set for just ₹10,900 which we can say absolutely exclusive. He even suggested paying via the District app, which saved me an additional ₹400.
Unlike the long delivery timelines of e-commerce giants, Sandeep Bhai arranged same-day door delivery to my home in Mumbai. For authentic products, better-than-online prices, and lightning-fast service, I highly recommend Sandeep Bhai and team. A true "OmG" experience.

I have purchased polaris pro 56 4W Castle Black from your Safari Store of Kalyan West Shivaji Chowk Outlet on 2 Nov 2025. The bag was working fine till yesterday. Suddenly its handle was not moving up and down and face lot of difficulty in carrying this bag.
Today visited your store again and store in charge Mr Suraj Kumar immediately replaced it with another bag. Thanks to him for immediate response.
Please ensure to check the handle part of this bag and find appropriate solution to this issue to avoid any such inconvenience by the customers.
