Mr.Pankaj pathak the store manager of Ambience Mall was very helpful and exchanged my safari suitcase whose wheel had broken , as this product was in warranty .
Safari should be the go to place for anyone looking to buy a quality luggage as they replace the product under warranty ( 5 years) with no questions asked.
