Best Service ever experienced at any of the bag companies. Safari serves the best to its customers. Got the replacement of Airpro premium suitcase in 30 minutes without any questions. I could do my shopping at Reliance Pink Square while my case was processed online. I have bought almost all top brands of suitacases but non of the dealer or company provide service in case of defects. In case of Safari, no question asked. They replace the complete item. I would recommend to choose Safari and not the brand names. All baggages are treated by Airlines in equal careless manner. May it be Delphi or Samsonite.
