Myself Afnas here i just tell about my one thing.I purchased Safari bag from online and when i get the product the product was locked i try to call the call centre and everywhere but i dont get any good response.Atlast i try to call lulu Safari store and they attend the call name(Biju)He help me for unlocking the bag.Without reaching the store its easily unlocked.Thank you so much for your valuable time.
