I recently purchased a bag from your Safari store at Delhi Cantt. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice at the time of purchase that the lock was broken.
On realizing the issue the same day, I visited your Kamla Nagar store hoping to get some assistance. However, I was quite disappointed as the staff there refused to help and offered no support, which was very disheartening.
Thankfully, I later reached out to your Pitampura (Ashiana Road) store, where Mr. Deepak attended to the issue. He was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. He promptly resolved the issue and even made the necessary arrangements in advance to ensure a smooth experience. I truly appreciate his assistance and would like to commend him for his excellent customer service.
While I am satisfied with the final resolution, I sincerely hope that the customer service inconsistency across stores is addressed so that other customers do not face a similar experience.
